They took my vision and made it reality .. 💕 This is a true cocktail pool.. 15’x30’; 4-4.5’ deep so every inch is usable for relaxation .. 3’x5’ sheer descents.. custom finishes .. extra abalone shell for that bling in the sunlight.. and.. I mean.. glitter grout?!!! "I would give Justin and Madison Nelson with Texas Tides 10 stars(5 for each one of them)! What a dynamic duo to work with on our truly custom pool! Madison saw our vision and Justin made it come to life! They were so patient with us and we never felt pressured like with so many other pool companies we met with that made us feel like we were at a car dealership trying to get an upsell. I’m know they had several other customers but they made us feel like we were their only customer and top priority. They also provided us with the best pricing without having to cut out some extras that we wanted. They were always available when we had questions or wanted to change something. This didn’t end when the pool was finished either, they continue to provide exceptional customer service! Highly recommend 10 out of 10 giving them a call if you are looking to build a pool.
